WEDDING COORDINATOR
Twin Willow Gardens requires the use of a professional wedding coordinator hired from our required vendor list.
CAPACITY
Twin Willow Gardens can accommodate up to 150 guests.
CATERING
Twin Willow Gardens has a list of required full service caterers to choose from. Each caterer has consistently demonstrated their commitment to providing quality food and outstanding service thus, contributing greatly to the success of your event. They will bring staff to assist with setup and cleanup as well as maintaining the space during your event.
ALCOHOL & BARTENDING
All events serving alcohol are required to obtain a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. You are required to contract for bartending services through your caterer or with a licensed and insured bartender. We allow hard cider, draft beer, wine, champagne and two premixed signature cocktails. No open bottles of hard alcohol are allowed anywhere on property. Any drinks from cans or bottles must be poured into glassware by bartending staff. We strongly encourage the use of kegs for beer.
MUSIC & DJ SERVICES
Twin Willow Gardens has a list of required DJ's to choose from. Music must be kept at a reasonable volume to respect the surrounding neighbors.
REHEARSAL
A rehearsal period of one hour will be scheduled on the Thursday afternoon before your wedding day.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
A signed rental agreement and 1/3 of the rental fee are required to reserve your date. We will provide a copy of our contract after your tour for review.
RESTRICTIONS
In addition to restrictions detailed in our rental contract, no use of rice, confetti, birdseed, glitter, artificial flower petals or lavender buds are allowed at the ceremony area. Real flower petals must be picked up prior to end of wedding.
CHILDCARE
Professional (hired) adult childcare provider(s) are required for all weddings hosting more than 1 child on-site between the ages of 2-12 years old. Supervision must be provided from start of reception through 10pm end of night specifically around the areas of the fire pits, rockery & gardens. Children are prohibited from being unattended in venue parking lot, tiny homes or ceremony area. Children are not allowed in unauthorized areas marked “private” on-property nor adjoining shared neighborhood driveway.
